Andorra

We arrived in Andorra last night with enough daylight left to do a short spin in the drizzling rain. It is nice and cool up here — a welcome change from the weather in Santa Ynez… Give me nasty ‘cross weather any day over that!

The mountains here are beautiful — many still have snow on the tops, and there’s even a little patch of snow on the side of the course. The course is fun- a good mix of technical and fast singletrack with a few steep climbs thrown in for good measure. It was a little slick today, but it had dried out a bunch by the time we were done riding. I felt pretty normal riding today, so hopefully that bodes well for this weekend. Another pre-ride tomorrow and then racing on Saturday.
