The Big News

No, I’m not pregnant…

I’ve decided to go over to Europe for a couple of weeks around Christmas (I have 2 weeks off Culinary School). “It’s about f-in’ time,” was I think how Katie put it when I told her, and that’s kind of how I feel too. I’ve wanted to race ‘cross in Europe for a few years now, but I have been holding off, trying to focus on MTB racing: World Cups, MTB Worlds and the Olympics. This year, I wasn’t going to go over because my season was already so long that I thought a forced break would be good for me. Break schmeak. Who needs an off-season anyway? I will race in two world cups and hopefully a few other big races as well. Then I will come back to the States for a few weeks, train my ass off and head back to Europe for the Cyclocross World Championships.

Do you have a question you're dying to have answered about racing, training or food and cooking? Send it to me and I'll try to answer it on my blog.
